The Park Avenir proposes 70 studios and 11 two-room apartments, offering all the necessary facilities and conveniences for a pleasant stay : private bathroom / WC, a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven and crockery, linen, individual safe box, satellite TV with LCD screen, DVD-player and unlimited ADSL Internet access (you will need a RJ45 network cable).
The studios, designated for 1 or 2 persons, dispose of a trundle bed; the 2-room apartments - well suited for 1 to 4 persons - are equipped with a large bed and a trundle bed.
The rates include furthermore: Beds are made before arrival, cleaning service with a weekly change of the provided linen as well as a full cleaning service after your departure (except the kitchen and crockery).
